Phillip Ngeno is the managing director of Namibia Civil Engineering Laboratory. He completed his Bachelor of Technology degree and National Diploma in Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic of Namibia. He has since accumulated years of postgraduate experience in roads and building construction industry, having worked with many companies like Roads Contractor Company, Roads Authority, City of Windhoek and CEPM & Partners Consulting for Engineers.

Phillip Ngeno, have been working in various civil engineering projects as well as in civil engineering soil laboratories where he agained extensive knowledge on roads construction materials. He is fully registered with Engineering Council of Namibia and his registration number ET2011-8.

NCEL has ability, professional skills, experience and commitment to ensure world class soils engineering services to all our clients. Whether our clients are individuals, communities, parastatal organizations, local authorities or government ministries, we ensure that they remain fully involved and in control of the process.
